Usage advice

At Retreat we recommend our clients apply a small amount of Delilah Under Wear Primer first, this will give a beautiful result. Next, apply a full pump of Time Frame Foundation to the back of the hand. Use fingers to apply and blend foundation across the forehead and down the center of the face, blending outward. Build coverage where it is needed most; uneven skin, uneven skin tone, etc. For perfect blending we recommend using Delilah's Foundation Kabuki Brush.
