dispatch
Shipping is free in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany for orders of €50 or more. Retreat ships via PostNL, DPD, DHL or UPS. The couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
By default, we only offer shipping to the countries that can be selected in the checkout screen. For orders to other countries, please contact us during office hours to see if international orders can be processed to your desired country. order processing
We process orders Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00 CET) in the order they are received, after your payment has been approved. Please note that UPS, DPD and DHL do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. We aim to have your parcel ready for dispatch the next working day. However, during busy periods it may take up to three working days longer for your order to be dispatched.
Below you will find an indication of expected processing and shipping times:
Benelux, France, United Kingdom and Germany:
1 to 3 working days, during busy periods 3 to 10 working days.
Other European countries:
3 to 7 working days, during busy periods 7 to 14 working days.

If your order is missing an item, please contact us immediately, but no later than 24 hours after receiving your shipment, at +31 10 3033779 or email us at info@retreat.nl . Please have your order number at hand.
exchange and return
Please note that the cost of returning a product is at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage to ensure that the package reaches us safely and correctly. RETREAT will not accept returns sent by cash on delivery.
For further information or support, please contact us at info@retreat.nl. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will inspect them as soon as possible. RETREAT will refund payments via the original payment method used to purchase the item.
The products must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that the items are carefully packaged so that they arrive to us intact. If an item arrives damaged at RETREAT, you will be liable for the reduced value of the product.
Returns can only be accepted for unopened and unused items, provided that they are returned to us within 14 calendar days, together with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The costs for the return and any additional shipping costs are at your expense. Always keep your proof of postage until you are sure that your return has been received by RETREAT. This may be necessary if your package has not been received in good order.
Orders and/or products purchased as a special offer, included as a gift with your purchase, or obtained via a coupon code or discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
