Please note that if you wish to return a product, the return costs will be at your own expense. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. Retreat will not accept returns sent by cash on delivery. For more information and assistance, please contact us at info@retreat.nl . Once we receive your item(s), we will check them as soon as possible. We will refund the payments via the payment method you used to purchase the items. This is to prevent fraud.

At the bottom of this page you will find a model form for revocation of your order. You must add this to your return shipment.

We ask that you return the items in their original condition. We ask that you carefully pack the products so that the shipment arrives intact. If an item arrives damaged at Retreat, you are liable for the reduced product value.

Retreat will exchange or refund your product only for unopened and unused returned items, provided they are returned to us within 14 calendar days with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). You will be responsible for shipping costs and any additional shipping charges. Please retain your proof of postage until you are certain that your return has been received by Retreat. We may need it if your package is not received.

Orders and/or products purchased as a special offer, received as a gift with your purchase, purchased via a coupon code or at a discount are considered final sales.
