booking conditions

arrival

Please arrive at RETREAT 15 minutes prior to your treatment to complete the required health form, after which you will be escorted to your suite. Out of respect for other guests' reservations, we inform you that we cannot extend your treatment due to late arrival and that your treatment time will be shortened or modified accordingly without refund.

clothing

At RETREAT, bathrobes and slippers are available for you. For body treatments, we can provide a yoga outfit or disposable underwear if desired. If you wish to be massaged without underwear, our therapists will always guarantee your privacy using a discreet technique with towels.

health

Inform our therapist if there are any injuries, physical complaints or allergies that could adversely affect the treatments. Inform the therapist if you have any concerns or if you feel uncomfortable during treatments. Your well-being is our highest priority.

your belongings

In the context of safety and crime prevention, the surveillance of the shop and people, RETREAT works with camera surveillance in the boutique. In the salon areas you have complete privacy. RETREAT accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged property.

cancellations

Up to 24 hours before the appointment you can cancel treatments free of charge. Cancellations received by RETREAT within 24 hours before the start of the treatment and 'no shows' will be charged in full.

payment

Treatments can be paid for with a RETREAT voucher, cash, debit or credit card (American Express, Visa and Mastercard). Vouchers are available via retreat.nl and in our boutique.

deposit

For bookings we can ask you for a deposit of 50% of the costs. If you cancel in time we will refund your deposit within 3 working days.

children

We regret that our spa and facilities are unfortunately not accessible to children under the age of 16.
